Terms & conditions are all accepted when booking with 24 Hours In Sydney.

Privacy Policy

This section informs you about the policies regarding our collection, use and disclosure of personal data when you book with 24 Hours In Sydney. To comply with the General Data Protection Regulation (“GDPR”) and to be transparent with our guests or potential customers we share with you the data we may collect from you:

  • Name and Surname
  • Email address
  • Phone number
  • City, address and country of origin
  • Date of birth
  • Dates when you expect to be in Sydney
  • Food allergies or restrictions

All the data above is collected so you can get registered for your chosen experience with us and we aim to give you the best experience here in Sydney. We collect this information to identify and to contact you. The name, surname, email address and dates when you expect to be in Sydney will also be used to answer your requests, to tell you about changes regarding your tour and may also be used to forward you information about current events taking place while you are here and for personal recommendations. We also use this data for statistical reasons (city, country of origin) and for direct marketing (email address) if signed up to our welcome to Sydney e-mail series.

We will retain and use your personal data to the extent necessary to comply with our legal obligations (for example, if we are required to retain your data to comply with applicable laws), resolve disputes, and enforce our legal agreements and policies.

Unsubscribing from mailing list

You can, at any time, unsubscribe from our welcome to Sydney e-mail series by clicking on the “unsubscribe from this list” link in the end of our emails or by sending us an email, to info@24hoursinsydney.com.au, asking to unsubscribe.

You may also ask us to modify, delete or access your data we store in our system at any time by sending us an email info@24hoursinsydney.com.au.

Terms of Service

All events and tours are undertaken at the participants’ own risk.

We accept no liability or obligation in the event of illness, injury, death or loss or damage to others or personal property. Personal accident and medical insurance are strongly advised!

Participants are responsible for ensuring they are in suitable physical condition for all tours and meet the requirements for the tour. At any time your host from 24 Hours In Sydney can reject a guest if we decide it is not safe for the guests, or others. In such cases, 24 Hours In Sydney does not offer a refund.

Any allergy, medical condition or medication being taken that may affect your health or participation must be notified to us in writing prior to the event or tour.

Refund of purchase & cancellation

We have a very fair refund and cancellation policy (all spelled out in Sydney Local Time) here at 24 Hours In Sydney compared to others in this industry, since we know life, and in particular travel, can be full of surprises.

Public tours

All our public tours can be cancelled with a full refund or credit with 24 hours notice of cancellation. If you are running late, arrive after the scheduled tour have departed, or if you wish to reschedule your tour within 24 hours of the scheduled departure time, you may contact us at info@Sydneybymie.com or on telephone +61414983091to check our availability. Should we have places available, you’ll be charged a rescheduling fee of AUD$40 per booking (Be it a Micro Group, Mini Group, Medium Group or Large Group). Please note that 24 Hours In Sydney does not guarantee rescheduling of any tour less than 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.

Private tours

All our private tours can be cancelled with a 90 % refund or credit (minus the booking fee) more than 14 days in advance (Sydney Local Time). Between 6 and 13 days in advance, we’ll refund or credit 50 % (minus the booking fee) and less than 5 days before the tour we unfortunately can’t offer a refund due to the people we work with and the size of our company.

Our #yougottalovesydney Guarantee

To qualify for our #yougottalovesydney guarantee, which is only applicable to tours booked through 24hoursinsydney.com.au, you must participate in the entire tour from start to finish and at the end of the tour, let your guide know that it wasn’t satisfactory and that the tour didn’t live up to your expectations based on our promised tour description. Afterwards, you are required to send us an e-mail at info@24hoursinsydney.com.au and we’ll review your case to see if you qualify for a refund. All this live feedback will help our team improve.

All refund and cancellation requests must be made to info@24hoursinsydney.com.au. Any changes or refunds is not valid before you have a written confirmation from 24 Hours In Sydney.

Late guests disclaimer

It is the guests own responsibility to be at the agreed start/meeting point and at the right time (which is written in the confirmation email). You should try to be present up to 15 minutes before the agreed departure time. Should you not be at the starting point at the departure time we do not offer any refund options.
